Focus!!!
There will be a lot going on, so you run the risk of trying to get involved with
everything. While you can do that, I feel that those in my class who were most
effective in career management and job search focused on a couple of areas.
There is much more to this world than investment banking and consulting. Look
for the mid-size firms with a great team (you will see many on campus and you may
tend to "skip" them because an MD from a major bank is hosting a cocktail party)
and talk to them early about potential opportunities.
The sky is the limit as far as support services are concerned. The only thing
limiting you is time.
