The best recruiters come on campus. You have access to world class business
leaders through speakers and presentations. Your classmates will have many and
varied professional contracts and knowledge bases from which to draw upon. The
alumni are helpful and in positions of power. It's still not a cake walk to get
a job (especially in a poor environment), but HBS does help in many different
ways; not just with the actual placement tactics, but more holistically. You
will be forced to self-evaluate who you are and what you might like to do as part
of your job. Part of this even included a pseudo-psychological evaluation when
you first enter. In short, the program and career office are great.
