The blessing is learning from a group of people (both students and professors) unparalleled in my experience. The program places most emphasis on getting things done as opposed to driving esoteric analytical processes which most people in the real world don't use, won't understand and, therefore, can only be used as a member of a very rarified organization or as an individual contributor. Applicants looking for that type of career should avoid Harvard, as they will not get what they want.
