Quality of Life Survey
Ful time MBA Atlanta is still a cheap city to live in. Housing is still reasonable, although has increased since the olympics. A 1 bedroom appartment that is very nice will run about 600-800+. The campus is small in comparison to most schools but is also in the city. The business school has just invested $50 million in a new building. It is really nice and has full wireless around campus. Crime is not an issue on campus and the students are friendly. Faculty is very approchable and willing to help you in any goal that you seek. The school also has many financial aid packages. This is a major contributing factor for many applicants. It seems that a very large part of the class (>50% in my oppinion) has a tuition waver and stipend where they grade papers and do other work for the professors. Many students come to Georgia Tech because of this even though they could have gone to any other school - including the top 5.
