Admission & Application Survey |
| Executive MBA program |
For the Executive MBA program, which is very expensive, the school cares
only about getting the assurance of the student's employer that the
employee will be allowed to attend the every-other-Friday classes.
There is virtually no screening, concerning undergraduate transcripts,
GMAT scores, and so forth. The school seems to be interested only in
assuring its $45,000 to $50,000 per-student fees. For the 2002 class,
Georgia Tech admitted at least two students who had never attended
college before, let alone had earned bachelors degrees. Hard to
believe, for an institution that prides itself on its academic
reputation.
