Internships galore! Three internships are required for graduation and obviously
having three makes you more attractive when it comes time for permanent
placement. Companies from all industries and locations (including international)
come to campus to recruit. SBI is on the short list for some companies' MBA
recruiting effots along with the top 10 schools in a way that makes us stick out
like a sore thumb. For other employers, they cannot justify bringing in MBAs
with
only internships as work experience as the same level as older, more experienced
MBAs. When you can come into an organization at age 21-22 alongside other MBAs,
however, it's a tremendous advantage.
