The social life at GBS is plentiful, when there's time for it. Since
there are no formal classes on Fridays, Thursday there is a "Kegs in the
Courtyard" event at 4pm, then Late Night around 9pm, where the MBA's all
go to a local bar to hang out together. There are also many cocktail
parties and receptions designed around networking, alumni, and
recruiting. Atlanta has very good nightlife, much of it not far from
the Emory campus. Most bars in Atlanta close at 4am.
