The interview is essential. Goizueta is looking for 'fit'. The culture
is very important to this school and the size of the program. It's
essential to be motivated, positive, and honest. If you're not sure
what your goals are, it's better to say that up front. Prove that
you're willing to put yourself out there and take risks. Reveal
something about yourself in your essays, but reflect on it in a manner
that shows true introspection. Don't give an essay topic lip service.
