Employment Prospects Survey |

ESADE is extremely well-known in Spain, and Spaniards have very little
difficulty in gaining excellent employment after graduation. The European
students (i.e. non-Spaniards) also fare pretty well.
As ESADE is still trying to get itself recognized internationally, it is more
difficult for non-Spaniards to use the name ESADE to their advantage. The job
placement is not as useful for, say, U.S. citizens or Latin American citizens,
as
ESADE predominantly places people into European jobs, and people from these
groups often do not have the permits to stay and work in Europe. In some ways,
"the fortress European Union" can be frustrating for non-Europeans who would
like
to stay beyond their studies at ESADE. However, this is more an E.U. issue, as
opposed to an ESADE issue.
The ESADE career assistance program is constantly improving... and the
network is growing. Many people were able to obtain internships fairly easily
with Spanish companies, as the school has good contacts. Companies include
Bayer, L'oreal, HP, P & G, Sol Melia, Adidas. Many of these companies, and
others, recruit at ESADE for multilingual business professionals.
