The admissions process is very transparent. You keep you abrest of
what you need to get done at each phase. I would strongly anyone
applying to use the electronic application. They prefer it, and you
will as well. It helps especially if you are dealing with remote
recommenders. They emphasize people getting to know the school and
visiting. It is a very self-selective group of people in a sense that
those who are here really want to be here and it shows if the way that
everyone gets along (no exageration). That a VERY strong sense of
community (TEAM FUQUA) and the admission process helps perpetuate it.
Emphasize your desire to be part of a team atmosphere and also show
work experience which has demonstrated it. This along with an early
application (round 1) and creative essays that show how you can really
help the school shoul dhelp you get in. Strong test scores are needed,
but weak scores will not eliminate those with an interesting story, who
fit the culture.
