This is a general management school that attracts the usual suspects:
consulting, investment banking, and companies with management trainee programs.
Outside of these areas, it will be more difficult to find a position outside of
New England/MidAtlantic if there isn't a Tuck alum in place. Although Tuck is
very wellknown and respected in the East, it's not as well-known in other parts
of the U.S. or in Europe and Asia. HOWEVER, with the employers that know it,
Tuck is usually among its top 3 recruits. When I was with a major strategy
consulting firm, we hired from Harvard, Wharton, and Tuck as our major East Coast
feeder schools.
