Full-time MBA program Some people may get worried, knowing that CBS is located in Manhattan Harlem district. But you have to know this is East-Harlem, or Morningside Heights. This is a really good neighborhood: clean, safe and lot's of things to do (bars, restaurants, movie theater). On top of that, CBS is on the 1/9 train, which is the best line in Manhattan (it takes 15 mn to go to Times Square, and 40 to go to the Financial district). Many students are living in other areas, but rents are higher and they have to commute. I would definitely advise prospective students to look for a place close to the campus. The university itself has a lot of accommodation close to campus. These apartments are reserved in priority to people living far from NYC, and are particularly easy to get for people living abroad. Units range from studio to 2 or 3-bedroom apartments, and are really way cheaper than market value (50% of it). I have heard some of the units are not really high-standard, but the one I got was really outstanding and I would have stayed there after school it it were possible.
