The MBA programs offer more of a variety of corporate opportunities and while a
valid Columbia ID will allow you to sit during recruitment
programs they are standing room only
I graduated with my MA in organizational psychology. I attended most every
career fair. Manipulated the job bank and shook hands with each and every
presentor.
I never got a response!!
I went out for drinks with a classmate that just got an internship at Lucent
Tech. In a month I am the project manager at the corporate headquarters.
I consider this when any job or internship opportunity (especially in NY)
