The school has just hired a new director of Career Services, so it is hard to
give any appraisal of the new director at this moment. This was one area where
W&M was behind other schools, but I believe that the new director has laid out an
excellent strategic plan for the future. Job and internship opportunities are
available, but it is sometimes hard to get employers to recruit here, despite the
fact that W&M has a great reputation with most employers.
