Being an international student, I found the admissions process to be
quite intimidating. After sending in my application, I was promptly
emailed with a time and date when I would be called for a phone
interview. Most other schools I applied to made their decison solely
based on my transcripts and essays, whereas WM valued my personality as
well. I found that to be a welcome change and also a sign that WM
thought outside the box. I did quite well on the interview and was
accepted. Knowing that I wanted to be in a small yet recognized school
on the East Coast, WM seemed to be the best fit. It has turned out to
be an excellent decision
