Other than the regular applications, essays, and recommendations, the
College of William and Mary rely on the personal interviews for
admissions process. This provides the applicants an additional chance
of explaining their life goals and at the same time learn more about the
William and Mary philosophy of academic rigour. It is best to be able
to ask a lot of pertinent questions during the interview, this seems to
contribute in a major way in impressing the admissions officers.
