Admission & Application Survey |
| Part-time MBA program |
Getting in was somewhat of a pain. First you must take the GMAT and make
an acceptable score. You must fill out an application - pretty standard -
including references, transcripts etc. I filled out my application and
sent it in probably 2 months before the deadline. However, as of 2 weeks
before the deadline, the admissions department had not received it. I
was told it could be lost in "internal mail." Since I didn't want to
risk it not showing up in time for me to get admitted, I was forced to
completely re-submit my application - which meant going back to my
references and asking them to fill out the form for a second time.
As far as selectivity - I think as long as you have a decent GMAT score
and good grades from undergrad, you get in automatically. (I also went
to Clemson for undergrad, which I think is a factor). They also will let
you in on a "provisional basis" if your GMAT score or your grades aren't
quite "up to snuff."
