Quality of Life Survey |

I believe that most students live off-campus. I am not sure of what the
on-campus housing options are, if any. The school is located in the
middle of the city and there is no campus life - there are really only
two buildings where classes are held. However, one building was just
built in 2001 and has great facilities including a small cafeteria on
the main level. The building itself, although attractive and with modern
technology equipment, can be difficult to get from floor to floor as the
elevators are often quite crowded.
The administrative building across the street from the new building -
"the vertical campus", holds most of the offices such as the financial
aid center and graduate career management services as well as the
library. Baruch's library is ranked one of the highest in the nation and
is quite large.
The neigborhood is quite safe, bordering on Gramercy Park. I think that
crime is quite low.
