The admissions process was straight-forward. The essays were general,
asking about your reasons for pursing an MBA and work experience. Based
on my experience, for admission consideration, you did not need to excel
in all areas. For example, I had great work experience and went to a
very selective school for my undergraduate degree however my GMAT scores
were weak. Luckily, I was still admitted.
