The school is very much interested in international students. They have
overseas offices for recruiting international students for both the
undergraduate and graduate level studies. If you are from overseas, you
have a good chance of getting in. The level of English proficiency is
not too high for many foreign students as well.
The school prefers some work experience but not mandatory. The MBA
program I attended included many students fresh out of undergraduate
without any real work experiences. And the school is also interested in
career changes, so you don't have to have experience in the field you
intend to study (Information system, healthcare etc.)
Would help if you know someone who attended the school. But unlike some
Ivy league schools, not having anyone in your family as an alumni does
not hurt as much.
If you do have work experiences, the recommendations would help greatly,
especially if you can get them to write something about your leadership
potential. They say they value "teamwork" but they are really
after "leaders". You get plenty of "teamwork" practice while in school
