| Evening MBA - Professionals |
Application process consists of two letters of recommendation, GMAT,
Undergraduate GPA (Last 60 hours), and two essays. On campus interviews
are optional, but I would highly recommend. Because the W.P. Carey MBA
Evening platform is for working professionals, work experience is
critical to overall success. Same course-work and faculty as full-time
program, so applicants should be prepared to work extremely hard on
weekends and after work. Large portion of course-work is quauntitative
oriented so applicants should have a fundamentals of statistics and
math under thier belt. As such, scoring high on quantitative section of
GMAT helpful if applicant did not do well in undergraduate quantitative
classes. Program is looking for well rounded students who can both
contribute to the program as a student and in the future as a
successful alum. Because the program size is limited, applicants should
make sure no one part of the admissions process is left to chance. All
things being equal, a great essay and letter of recommendation can be
the difference between acceptance or rejection.
