If one is interested in a career in the DC area, it is a good school to choose.
Anyone who does business with the gov't (defense, IT, etc.) appreciates Kogod.
It also does very well in real estate. The graduate career center is very young,
but works very hard at every angle for us. It's about where one should expect
the school to be. The key is that the federal government is very likely to
privatize many positions over the next two decades which will lead to many
lucrative careers in the DC area. There is also a good bit of VC and finance
related industry that isn't well known to the average reader of business week.
