The top 20% of the class are the group most sought after by employers, with or
without the assistance of the
school. Although many firms and DA offices recruit through the on-campus
recruiting
program, prized summer internship interviews go mainly to the top 20%. Those in
the ranks below that may receive interviews, but these are gained mainly through
a "lottery" system, and the interviewer provides only a profunctory interview to
satisfy his or agreement with the school. My one and only interview lasted a
scant two
minutes.
