AS my father was a professor at the time I intially applied, my
admission when slightly differently from that of other students. I took
the LSAT and upon receiving theresults, I went to Widener to see if I
could be admitted believing at that time my score was not high enough
for admission. My score and college grades were average for Widener
admittees. I took a tour of the campus and when asked how I became
interested in law I mentioned my father was an attorney. I answered when
asked his name. I was then introduced to the dean of the law school. I
started law school about 5 weeks later after completing an application.
