School sponsors several social events, including a weekly "happy hour,"
where students get to mingle with each other and their professors in a
non-business/school environment. Puts the students at ease and is very
beneficial to sutdent/professor communication. More schools should have
this. St. Louis is an excellent city with tons of free stuff to do (world
class zoo, art museum, history museum, etc.) as well as several night
spots. Students are very social and there is little of that cut throat
vibe that some schools have. the Loop and Clayton areas of St. Louis
metro are close to the school and are excellent places full of safe and
inexpensive places to live, as well as, good places to eat and be
entertained.
