The people at career services are friendly, but the legal market is still in the
dumps. Still, the top students have easy picks of good jobs, while everyone else
will likely have scramble, but will still find something. Most
on-campus recruiting is straight out of the south. With the huge number of
national recruiting that takes place in Charlottesville, I'd like to see the W&L
career services bring in a more diverse class of recruiters, although they
are trying hard with some job fair days.
