When I was there, Villanova was really a close knit family. Students
were all pretty relaxed and friendly. We worked hard but also enjoyed
our time at VLS. Once a month there would be a social event with food
and beer (often times catered). I spent a lot of time there, so pizza
and beer was much appreciated. There are also an endless series of
events put on by the numberous student organizations - guest speakers,
seminars, presentations, debates, etc... that's when you get top-shelf
drinks and jumbo cocktail shrimp!
The school can only do so much. Your own social life is up to you. We
had a great time at VLS.
