Social Life
The Bar Review is on every Thursday where the law students go to a
different bar. The school doesn??t offer much in terms of organized
social events, but there are plenty of student organization events to
attend. Free lunches are always available in the first month of
school. There are a few staples (restaurants and bars) near the law
school that students frequent to catch up or take a break including
Grandma??s, Bob??s Pizza, Townhall, Chipotle, and Heavenly Daze. It all
comes down to what you make of it. You can chose to bury your nose in
the library all day or relax a bit outside before it turns cold. The
Twins, Timberwolves, Vikings and college athletics are always around to
entertain as well. Side note: when it turns cold, it turns COLD ?? I
mean, the snow doesn??t melt (it is worst than Chicago).
