Baltimore's cost of living is much lower than other cities. It is also
experiencing a renaissance, as the Inner Harbor takes off. The campus
is located so close to the baseball stadium and the Inner Harbor, it is
like two different worlds co-existing. I would enjoy hanging out at the
Harbor on weekends I was in town, or driving 45 minutes into DC or 30
minutes to Annapolis. A blue collar town with white collar elements, a
thriving but small art community, which was at the crossroads between
the North and South during the Civil War. Interesting and eclectic!
