No one is going to mistake Davis for Hollywood but the fact of the
matter is San Francisco is a mere hour away. You want social and night
life of a big city you can drive or hop a train and you've got it. The
school socially is almost claustrophobic is how you are forced to know
your fellow students. 99% of the people are extremely cool well rounded
funny. Dating within the law school happens and to put it
diplomatically, succeeds on a case by case basis. The law students all
congregate at a local bar called Sophia's on Thursday night, yet again a
small confined area where everyone runs into everyone. Life at Davis Law
can be a law school version of "The OC". If anyone were to do a Real
World version of law school they could do no better for Davis to achieve
almost shakespearean like drama.
