Admissions places a lot of emphasis on personal statement. Of course
grades and LSAT are very important too, but they really will look at
your qualities beyond the numbers. Good numbers alone will not get you
in. After a certain threshold of GPA and LSAT, it is all about your
personal statement. They like to see that you have done something to
benefit the community at large and can contribute to their very diverse
atmosphere.
