Admission & Application Survey |
| Law, full-time |
Applying to Tulane, as with applying to any law school, requires to do
the following things:
(1) Take the LSAT- I recommend taking an early administration as law
school admissions are generally conducted on a rolling basis (i.e. they
make admissions decisions when they received completed applications).
Don't wait until the Fall semester of your senior year to take the test
(unless you're really good at test-taking and score over a 170).
(2) Send out applications to the desired schools ASAP. You can do this
before you receive your test results. I recommend the letters of
reference service provided by LSDAS (i.e you send them all your
documents and they forward it to the school- this way you only have to
get one copy of your recommendation from your recommendation provider).
(3) Be sure to include lots of extra-curriculars.
(4) Most law schools do not conduct interviews. However, some will meet
with you if you ask them.
