Social life at SU is decent, but don't get sucked into ever bar night (a
tradition among SUCOL 1-3Ls). You might find love (and at least lust)
among your fellow classmates, but hook-ups beware. SUCOL is an
extension of high school for most of the underaged (the 22-25 year
olds), and rumours are rampant.
Better to date outside of the law school. I highly recommend Maxwell
and Newhouse girls. They have considerably less baggage.
Some places to go out:
Faegans--Good pub grub and beer, close to campus
The Stoop--Good food, good drinks and good people
Velvet Underground--As close as Syracuse gets to being happening
Blue Tusk's Wine Bar--Good wine, but the people sometimes are annoying
Empire--Good food and on-site brewery
PJ Dorsey's--Meat market, but usually lively.
