Housing is affordable if off campus. Avoid south campus housing as it
is about $750 a month for a double dorm apartment, whereas apartment
complexes are about $400-500. There is alot of crime near and on
campus. Thefts, robberies, break-ins, rapes etc. are very prevalent in
Syracuse and many criminals come onto campus because students are
perceived to have cash.
