The career
service office has been supportive, even after graduation to help me in my job
search. But, the reason I have received support is because I've asked for it
and
made myself known to the employees in the office. The recruiting programs are,
for the most part, geared towards the very top of the class. So, you have to be
very proactive. If you interact with them and follow up, they will help
you. Several job leads I had were because the employees in the career services
office contacted me specifically to tell me about them, and they only did so
because I made myself visible in the office.
