Social Life Survey
Full-time Law Program Again, the strains of law school will definitely be felt on your social life as well. Everything Thursday night we have "Bar Review." We go to a new bar and "review" it and generally have fun. Besides that people go out to have dinner, watch movies, see plays, go to museums, etc. However, all of this only happens after finals or right in the beginning of the school year, when things are not completely hectic. There aren't that many people who date each other in school. I know a lot of people broke up with their significant others in the first year of law school. We have a very cordial and relatively relaxed environment, however. Almost all of us in the same class know each other by name, and we get along very well. It is a tiny school, so there can be a lot of gossip, but generally we are close. I know I have some very dear friends without whom I may not have survived the past two years, and I will really miss them. When you go through so many challenges together and live together and study together and moan and groan together, it seems inevitable that a sense of camaraderie develops.
