Its in downtown Chicago, so you have hundreds of bars, restaraunts, and a couple
of good dance clubs within either walking
or (in the winter) cheap cab fare distance. The red line subway is at the top
of the street to get to Evanston, Wrigley Field,
Chinatown, Steppenwolf, Second City, or (with a connection) the airport. Navy
Pier is within a mile, along with three
theaters (one being a megaplex). Every Thursday the SBA organizes a "Bar
Review" with good deals to different night spots
each week.
