Admission & Application Survey |
| Full time law program |
It is a standard admissions process, but when I was student, I became
friendly with the then head of the admissions committee, and he told me
that he preferred people with some significant (i.e., not taking off
time to watch tv) experience between college or law school. This
appeared to be reflected in the make up of the classes when I was there,
some 50% of the student body had at least two years out of college.
Also, this professor felt that people who had responsibilities after
college tended to do much better in school (anecdotally this seemed to
me to be the case).
