The co-op program is great. You get 4 different internships while here, and you
can work more or less anywhere you can get an offer from. The co-op and career
services advisors leave a lot to be desired, they are many times too optimistic
and lead you astray of where you should be applying, and some seem to be out of
touch with the "real world" If you do really well your first year, there is the
addeed benefit of being in Boston, in that the big Boston firms who generally
only recruit at top schools recruit and give offers to Northeastern Students.
That is to say, if you're at the top of the class here, and can interview well,
you could end up at the big firms even though this is not Harvard.
