I find the city of East Lansing to be lacking in comparison to bigger cities. However, students can always find something to see and do if they really want to. Many students enjoy the bar scene. There are a good number of bars and restaurants in the area. East Lansing just opened a new shopping center that offers many new and exciting stores and restaurants. I have found that the law students are pretty friendly with on another and often hang out with classmates.
