Employment Prospects Survey |
| Full-time law program |
The Career Services office worked diligently throughout the year to help
students with summer and permanent employment placement. Major strategies were
on-campus interviewing (Employers from across the country routinely
participated), alumni networking (again, alums work across the country and were
always helpful) and faculty contacts. I believe placement continues to be in the
90% and above range within the months immediately following graduation.
The office also provided a lot of programming to help students determine what
kind of work they wanted to do. Alums were routinely invited to the school to
discuss their jobs and share advise.
The school also guarantees a public-interest internship for the summer following
the first year of school. this is a wonderful opportunity to get hands-on
experience and become more competitive for the second summer.
