The law school excellent re counseling, job & internship possibilities, prestige
with employers and the whole recruiting process. The MSFS suffers from trying to
tag on to more established/known programs recruiting efforts (ie, the MBA, Econ,
Poli Sci), leaving its graduates always 2nd string to the main program an
employer is looking at. Therefore, I found the MSFS greatly enhanced my
knowledge/abilities re my JD, but I would not have done the MSFS alone (ie, it's
good as a joint degree with a JD or and MBA).
