Social Life Survey
Full-time law program GW's law school is right on their undergraduate campus, which is hopping. There are plenty of bars and it is close to Adams Morgan (Madam's Organ, Heaven and Hell), midtown (LuLu's, Mad Hatter, Sign of the Whale), and the Georgetown strip (The Guards, Mr. Smiths, Old Glory). And of course there is Lindy's Red Lion right on campus for a cold beer and good burger, though usually very crowded. The 1L sections usually have a happy hour once per week and weather permitting, there is usually beer on the quad every Thursday and two or three bbq's per semester. There is no greek system to speak of, save for the undergrad. There is a new student gym that is top-notch, although the pool is a little small. GW Law students can audit undergrad courses for free (save for course spefici fees) so you can brush up on langauges or learn a new instrument, etc.
