| Full time law school |
Fordham enjoys a great reputation and all the major law firms recruit there and
offer internships. The office of career development is highly organized and
connected. Fordham's law school alumni is among the most active in the country.
If there is a complaint it is that the school is great at placing 25 year old
graduates with good grades. If you are an older student with a
prior career, or an average student, getting jobs is harder. The economy the
past two years has definately hurt placement. Some old-line law firms are
laying
off associates for the first time in 80 years. Fordham offers seminars,
counseling, on-line job assistance and introductions to alumni.
