The process is standard fare for prospective law students. You submit
you materials and send them the LSAC forms. An added nicety of the
Fordham admissions program is the ability to apply to the full-time
and/or evening program. The evening program is slightly easier to get
into; however the quality of students and teachers does not falter.
After the first year, evening students may transfer into the full-time
program as of right. In addition, those students who applied only to
the day program and got wait-listed may be offered the opportunity to
expand their application to the night program. This is an intelligent
means of getting qualified students in when full-time spots are short.
