However, in the nicer parts (mostly to the south of campus) you can find plenty of great, new, affordable housing. No one lives in any sort of on-campus housing, but instead, de-facto dorms tend to appear every year at the apartment complexes that offer the best deals. The law school building is small and not really exciting, but they are currently starting a major renovation and addition, and when that is all done, it should be pretty awesome.
