Duke finds itself competing against Michigan, Northwestern, UPenn and
the other top schools; and often offers great money. There was no
interview but the admitted student weekend was very important in my
decision to attend. It is VERY welcoming and friendly. As an inside
tip, candidates can move more freely off the waitlist or be admitted
easier by showing interest in a joint LLM program.
