If you recognize that the honor code will be difficult or impossible for you to live by, then perhaps consider enrolling elsewhere. Housing options are plentiful, and Provo is a beautiful place to live during school (despite its homogenous population). Crime is very low, and the city is fairly clean. BYU's main campus is beautiful, and the law school facilities are excellent. A tour of the law school and library are worthwhile.
