Boston also has a huge number of bars and clubs which are very accessible. However, you should know that everything closes at 2 AM. Some of the most popular clubs are the 3 clubs near Fenway Park on Landsdowne street, and Pravda downtown (excellent latino nights on Wednesdays). There are also bars on Commonwaelth avenue that are popular with the student and BU also has its own place called "The Castle" which is nice. in Allston, Brighton avenue offers sports bars and partying like nowhere else. If you live of campus, Allston is definitely the place to be, especially if you can find a house to share with some other students. I did it, and it was the best year ever!
