As it is well-known, Boston is expensive. From housing to food. However,
it seems very safe, including in the student neighborhood, Allston.
Boston University is one of the largest private universities in the US
and is located in the eastern part of Boston. As such, there is no real
campus but rather a concentrations of university buildings and faculties
all along Commonwealth avenue for the better part of a few miles. It
looks impressive. Near the law school, the university has an excellent
food court that is open until 11 pm.
